– Required information: full name, address, telephone number, email
– Binding nature: By sending the email, you are submitting a binding purchase offer .
– Transparency: The highest current bid is published on the product page in the shop (without real names).
– Award & Payment: The highest bidder will receive confirmation via email after the auction ends. Payment is due exclusively via bank transfer within 7 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the item may be awarded to the next highest bidder.
Only bidders with a billing and delivery address within the EU are eligible to participate.
– No shipping and no bidding outside the EU.
– Collection in store or insured shipping within the EU; no customs duties/import taxes apply , as there is no shipping to third countries.
