Seiko / Seikosha Replacement Part – Setting Lever (おしどり) for Seiko "Merit" (1 Piece) – NOS

Original Seikosha spare part – setting lever (おしどり) from new old stock (NOS) for the Seiko "Merit" (メリット). Offered is a single piece, taken from an original "SEIKO WATCH PARTS" bag; the box is stamped "GENUINE SEIKOSHA MAKE".

The setting lever is a central component of the keyless works: its pin engages with the setting lever spring, and when pulling or pushing the crown, it controls the switching between winding and hand-setting – thereby moving the rocking bar, which shifts the clutch.

The Seiko "Merit" was a simpler Seiko model from the 1950s. Original, unused spare parts for it are now difficult to find – relevant for watchmakers and collectors restoring an early Seiko/Seikosha.

The part is unused; due to storage, minimal, purely cosmetic marks are possible, which do not impair function.
