Rising Sun Maki-e – Modern Art on a Traditional Basis

The Dream Pen Rising Sun Collection combines traditional Yamanaka-nuri lacquer technique with modern Kindai Maki-e art.
The result is a collection that unites Japanese symbolism, classical painting, and contemporary manufacturing.
