Alpe Rouenuk – Japanese quartz pocket watch with hinged glass, mirrored back and small Hon-Tsuge comb

This fine Japanese pocket watch with quartz movement comes from a limited gift edition by the Japanese manufacturer Alpe Rouenuk . It combines functional precision with traditional Japanese craftsmanship – including an enameled bezel, colored cord, and a small hand-carved comb ( hon tsuge , 本つげ) made of genuine boxwood.

Design and features

The two-tone case (gold-plated and chrome-plated) features a hinged front glass and a polished mirrored back , as is traditionally popular in Japanese ladies' watches.
The floral enamel border is finely hand-painted and gives the watch an elegant, delicate look.

The dial is silver, with black Arabic numerals and fine hands.
A precise quartz movement (Japan Movement) ensures reliable timekeeping accuracy.

The clock has an orange Japanese silk cord with double tassels, total length approx. 30 cm (approx. 15 cm on each side).

The set includes a small comb made of genuine Tsuge wood (本つげ) with a purple cord.
The comb is finely crafted, measures approximately 3 × 2.5 cm and bears the Japanese engraving 本つげ ("true boxwood") on the back.

Everything comes in a blue case (9 × 14 × 2.5 cm) with a satin lining; a Japanese instruction manual is included.
