Design and background
The Casio 350B612 is a classic example of the second generation of Japanese digital watches. It combines the typical clarity of early Casio design language with a pleasantly slim case profile. The minimalist display with its rectangular frame shows only the essential functions – time and date – and dispenses with any superfluous indicators.
This model series marks the period between the late 1970s, when Casio first used digital displays, and the later multifunction watches of the 1980s, such as the F-81 or A-159. The B612 movement used here is considered robust and precise and was used in numerous early Casio models.
Condition
The watch is in good, used condition . The case shows slight signs of wear consistent with its age, but the watch has not been polished in order to preserve its original finish. The display is clear and easy to read, the buttons function perfectly, and the original strap closes securely.
A very well-preserved, authentic example of Casio's functional digital watches from the early 1980s.
