Original Citizen (シチズン) watch glass from new old stock (NOS) for the mechanical Citizen "Alarm Date" models from the late 1960s/1970s.

The Citizen Alarm Date was a hand-wound alarm watch with four hands (hour, minute, second + alarm) – today a sought-after vintage Citizen line. The glass is marked on the original workshop packaging as C49 防水カレンダー (Waterproof Calendar) and is intended for アラームデート (Alarm Date).

It is a domed glass with an integrated, raised date magnifier above the calendar display. The packaging does not contain any explicit material information; domed calendar glasses of this type are usually made of plastic/acrylic glass.

The packaging shows the classic green and white Citizen labeling from old stock. The glass itself is unused, clear and without scratches; signs of age are only found on the packaging.
