Original Citizen replacement dial, part no. 6-363504 (dial code 3630-363504-Y), manufactured by Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. in Japan (factory code IPCE). Unused original part (New Old Stock, NOS) in original Citizen "純正部品 / Genuine Parts" round container.

The round dial features a matte anthracite grey/gunmetal finish with gold printed Arabic numerals (1–12) and a fine, circumferential gold track/minute scale. In the upper half, the gold lettering "CITIZEN QUARTZ"; at the bottom edge, "JAPAN 3630-363504-Y". Pure time dial with central seconds, no date – a subtly elegant, warm grey-gold face.
