Original Citizen (シチズン) watch glass from new old stock (NOS) for the Citizen "Seven Star V" (セブンスター V) – Citizen's automatic model line, which was positioned against the Seiko 5 at the time.

The part is labeled on the original Citizen workshop packaging as C85 waterproof ring (Wasserdicht-Ring), size M and assigned the Citizen reference 4-720016. It is a curved glass of the waterproof type. The packaging does not explicitly state the material; curved Citizen glasses of this type are usually made of plastic/acrylic glass.

Correct NOS glasses for this line are extremely difficult to obtain – for a professional restoration, collectors often have to resort to a complete donor watch. This is exactly what makes this original packaged part so valuable.
