ENGINEER PT-31 "Tetsuwan" Precision Tweezers 0.3 mm - Super Fine Tip | Made in Japan

Original precision tool by ENGINEER from Osaka, directly imported from Japan – not regularly available in Europe.

ENGINEER is an institution in Japan for precision hand tools (world-renowned for its "Neji-Saurus" pliers), and the "Tetsuwan" (鉄腕, "Iron Arm") tweezer series lives up to its name: high-quality stainless steel, precise tip closure, durable spring action. The PT-31 is the super-fine model in the series with a 0.3 mm tip width – made for the smallest screws, springs, and movement parts.

The ribbed grip area provides secure control even with the finest manipulations; the tips are precisely ground and perfectly aligned – the basic prerequisite for ensuring that tiny parts don't fly away.

What distinguishes this tool from European counterparts:

In the 0.3 mm class, the PT-31 competes directly with Dumont No. 5 – at half the price with Japanese manufacturing quality. ENGINEER manufactures for Japan's electronics and precision engineering industry, where the same demands for tip closure and repeatability apply as in watchmaking. The brand is practically not represented in European trade.
