Formex Field Automatic "Ice Blue" 40mm

The Formex Field Automatic Gen 2 – Ice Blue blends modern freshness with technical precision. The cool, clear hue of the dial gives the watch a light, contemporary aesthetic, while the ultra-lightweight titanium case makes it a reliable companion in any environment – from backcountry trails to everyday urban life.

The case and crown are made of Grade 2 titanium, chosen for its low weight, hypoallergenic properties, and the natural patina that develops over time. The proprietary hardening treatment increases the surface hardness from 145 HV to 900 HV without compromising the comfortable wearing experience.

The two-layer dial in Ice Blue creates depth and dimension: a center with a fine sunray finish, framed by a beveled chapter ring with recessed, color-matched Super-LumiNova numerals. The color-matched date wheel blends harmoniously into the overall look and ensures clear legibility.

With 150m water resistance, a screw-down crown, and a Swiss automatic movement with a 65-hour power reserve, the Field Automatic Gen 2 is a precise tool for the unexpected.

Two versions – Nylon or Leather

Nylon Black: The robust nylon Velcro strap offers comfort, a secure fit, and a sporty look that perfectly complements the Ice Blue dial.

Leather Caraffa Brown (Deployant): The brown Bolgheri leather strap turns the Field into a watch for a suit – and features Formex’s showpiece: the patented carbon fiber composite folding clasp with a 7 mm stepless micro-adjustment. It can be adjusted on the wrist without taking the watch off, is ultra-light, and extremely durable. The carbon folding clasp is included exclusively with the leather version; the nylon version is delivered without this clasp.

All straps have a quick-release system and can be changed in seconds without tools.

Grade 2 Titanium – robust and refined

Grade 2 titanium is lighter than stainless steel, hypoallergenic, anti-magnetic, and corrosion-resistant. It enables the Field's signature matte texture and precise, faceted case shapes. Thanks to the hardening treatment, the case reaches 900 HV and develops an individual patina over time that makes every watch unique.
