INDEN Business Card Case “New Grecian” – BR x WH
INDEN Business Card Case “New Grecian” – BR x WH
INDEN est. 1582 is the oldest manufacturer of Koshu Inden – lacquered deerskin from Kofu, Japan. For over 400 years, soft deerskin has been finished with Japanese lacquer, a technique originally used for samurai armor and equipment. Today, it is used to create elegant everyday accessories that combine traditional Japanese patterns with modern design.
INDEN Business Card Case “New Grecian” – BR x WH
The "New Grecian" business card case is an elegant holder for a stylish first impression. Depending on the card thickness, it holds approximately 20-30 business cards and also features side pockets for neatly storing ID cards or other plastic cards. Its slim design adds minimal bulk to your pocket, making it ideal for business meetings and networking events.
Over time, the leather adapts even better, develops a subtle sheen, and acquires a unique patina. The exterior is made of lacquered deerskin, while the interior features supple cowhide – both expertly crafted by Japanese artisans.
The New Grecian version is crafted from greige-colored deerskin and finished using the INDEN Sarasa technique. The hand-drawn-looking white pattern with subtle gray lacquered dots lends the design a luxurious, slightly "preppy" feel – especially in the BR x WH (brown x white) colorway. An accessory that combines professionalism, Japanese craftsmanship, and understated elegance.
