The SEIRAN is JIOS' first model – and also the design foundation of the entire collection. The "Biwa-Salmon" colorway gives this model a particularly distinctive character. The warm salmon hue is inspired by the Biwa trout, a fish species found exclusively in Japan's Lake Biwa, which swims upstream on rainy days during spawning season – hence its nickname "rain fish".

In contrast to the often generic name "Salmon Pink," JIOS deliberately uses the name Biwa-Salmon to highlight regional identity – similar to the well-known color variant Biwaco Blue . The finely guilloché dial lends the color depth and elegance, while silver hands and Roman numerals ensure clarity and classic legibility. The design is complemented by subtle bar indices and a date display.

The 38 mm case offers a balanced presence on the wrist – sporty enough for everyday wear, elegant enough for business and formal occasions. The three-dimensional indices add depth to the dial and prevent it from appearing flat. The SEIRAN has a timeless, high-quality, and deliberately understated look.

Inside, the reliable Japanese automatic movement Citizen Miyota 8215 with manual winding and hacking seconds function keeps time. The movement remains visible through the sapphire crystal case back. The five-link stainless steel bracelet gives the watch a particularly high-quality, sophisticated look and makes it versatile enough to be paired with a variety of outfits.
