The KNIS GMT Automatic Diver Black combines classic diver design with a mechanical GMT function and a finely crafted dial with a hairline finish. The precisely brushed surface creates a metallic texture that changes depending on the incidence of light, adding extra depth to the dial.

With the KN007-BK, this finish is combined with a black color scheme. The result is a particularly classic and versatile version of the model series, which emphasizes the functional character of a GMT diver while maintaining a pleasantly understated appearance.

With a 40 mm case diameter, a mechanical Seiko GMT movement, sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, and 200 meters of water resistance, the KNIS offers extensive features in pleasantly classic dimensions.

Hairline Dial – Structure through Light and Movement

The dial is one of the special design details of the KNIS GMT Automatic Diver.

Its finely brushed hairline structure creates a metallic surface whose effect subtly changes depending on the light and viewing angle. The precise lines create an interplay of reflection and depth, giving the dial a high-quality yet understated character.

At the same time, the hairline finish reduces distracting reflections and thus supports good readability.

In the black version, the design appears particularly classic and functional, emphasizing the tool-like character of the watch.

Classic Diver with Mechanical GMT Function

Design-wise, the KNIS is inspired by classic dive watches and complements this concept with a practical mechanical GMT function.

A separate GMT hand allows for reading a second time zone at a glance. This makes the watch particularly suitable for travel or for anyone who regularly wants to keep an eye on another time zone.

Large, three-dimensionally designed hands and indices ensure clear readability. For darkness and low light conditions, they are coated with Swiss Super-LumiNova®.

Seiko TMI NH34A Automatic-GMT

Inside works the proven Seiko TMI NH34A automatic GMT movement.

In addition to automatic winding, the movement can also be wound by hand. A seconds stop or hacking function allows for precise time setting.

The power reserve is approximately 41 hours.

Thus, the KNIS GMT Automatic Diver combines classic mechanical watchmaking with the practical benefit of a second time zone.

200 Meters Water Resistant

The GMT Automatic Diver is not only visually inspired by classic dive watches but also robustly constructed accordingly.

A screw-down crown, a screw-down case back, and water resistance of 200 meters or 20 ATM ensure high everyday usability.

According to the manufacturer, the watch is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, among other activities.

Sapphire Crystal and Ceramic Bezel

Above the dial sits durable sapphire crystal, which is characterized by its high scratch resistance and very good transparency.

KNIS also uses ceramic for the bezel. The material is particularly resistant to scratches, UV radiation, and water, thus maintaining its surface and color effect in the long term.

Balanced 40 Millimeters

With a diameter of 40 mm, the KNIS finds a successful middle ground between the presence of a classic dive watch and a case size suitable for everyday wear.

The case measures 47 mm lug-to-lug and is 13 mm high. This means that despite its robust construction and 200 meters of water resistance, the watch remains in pleasantly classic dimensions.

Solid Stainless Steel Bracelet

The case and bracelet are made of 316L stainless steel.

The solid stainless steel bracelet is fastened with a solid stainless steel push-button folding clasp. According to KNIS, the clasp is precision-manufactured from a solid block of metal, offering a more solid construction than simple stamped clasps.

With the stainless steel bracelet mounted, the total weight is approximately 160 grams. The watch is designed for wrists up to approximately 21 cm in circumference.

The KNIS GMT Automatic Diver is assembled in Japan and designated as "Made in Japan".
