Cost Estimate – Japan Repair & Restoration Service

This cost estimate authorizes our Japan Repair & Restoration Service to professionally assess your watch. Upon receipt of your watch, we will inspect it, document its condition, and provide a binding cost estimate for the recommended repair or overhaul.

The fee is a flat rate of EUR 49.00 (incl. VAT) per watch and is due regardless of whether you proceed with the subsequent repair order. If you place a repair order within 30 days of receiving the cost estimate, the EUR 49.00 will be fully credited towards the invoice amount.

Here's how it works:

1. Fill out the order form and complete the booking.
2. Send your watch insured (shipping instructions will be provided after booking).
3. We will assess the watch and send you the cost estimate.
4. You decide on the repair – the cost estimate fee will be credited if you place the order.
