This original Seiko leather strap, reference RS07S20BK , is a high-quality replacement strap distributed in Japan and not regularly available through Seiko Germany . It is designed for wearers of classic to sporty-elegant Seiko models with a 20 mm lug width.
Made from smooth black calfskin leather , the strap features subtle orange contrast stitching and a lightly padded, comfortable design. The leather quality is significantly higher than that of standard European Seiko straps.
The strap tapers from 20 mm at the lugs to 18 mm at the clasp and is fitted with a solid stainless steel Seiko pin buckle . The back is neatly finished and also made of calfskin.
Particularly practical is the integrated quick-change system for the spring bars , which allows for tool-free strap changes – a feature that Seiko only uses in selected, higher-priced strap series.
