OUTLINE – Watches with character, created by one of Japan's most influential watch experts, Yoshimasa Kikuchi
Behind OUTLINE stands none other than Yoshimasa Kikuchi – publisher of Japan's leading watch magazines such as Power Watch , LowBEAT , and Time Gear . For decades, he accompanied, tested, and described the watch world – until he decided to realize his vision himself. With OUTLINE, he builds watches that breathe the spirit of the 1940s to 1960s: a homage to the golden age of mechanics, stylishly interpreted for today.
The name says it all – OUTLINE stands for clear lines, timeless style and what makes a watch: character, history and quality.
Description:
The "2-Register Chrono Series III" is the third generation of a successful retro chronograph based on a Seiko mechanical quartz movement. The design is inspired by the legendary Paul Newman style of the 1970s—particularly the chronographs with screw-down pushers and metal bezels.
Following the success of previous models with a black bezel, a version with a metal bezel has now been created in response to popular customer requests. Another striking feature is the so-called "Akamaki" detail: the red minute track on the dial edge – an element that immediately reminds vintage fans of classic chronographs.
Special features (“8 details”):
1. Domed acrylic glass: Classic look thanks to domed acrylic glass – closer to the vintage original than modern box glasses.
2. Slim case: Only 11.9 mm thick – 13.1 mm with glass – and thus almost identical to historical models.
3. Screw-down pushers: Like the originals from the 1970s. The chronograph is only ready to fire when unscrewed.
4. “Akamaki” minute track: Red minute print on the dial edge – rare, striking and a tribute to early racing chronos.
5. Large engraved serial number: The back features a striking serial number in the style of classic “Big Numbers”.
6. Riveted Bracelet: A faithful reproduction of the riveted bracelet with the legendary stretch function used by Rolex in the 1950s. The four links, with grooves on the rivet heads, can be shortened yourself using a flat-head screwdriver.
7. Classic design, wearable size: 37.8 mm diameter. Fits especially well on narrower and average-sized wrists.
8. Assembled by Japanese watchmakers: No assembly line production – each watch is assembled by hand.

Klasse Retrospektive Uhr aus den 60er, 70er Jahren. Für Handgelenke mit 170er Durchmesser ideale Größe. Armband ohne Probleme selbst gekürzt. Passende Schraubenzieher (2) vorausgesetzt.
Sehr feine Uhr - Abwicklung top
