The Caliber 1104A was used in various Seiko ladies' watches from around 1966. It represents robust, slim, hand-wound movements developed in the tradition of 1960s Seiko watchmaking to combine precision and everyday usability.
The model in question bears the reference 1104-0031 and, according to serial number 3D2539, was manufactured in December 1973 .

The elegant design with gold-colored case, silver dial and Arabic numerals conveys a timeless, feminine aesthetic that was particularly popular in Japan.
