A tribute to Honda's cult motorcycle – compact, iconic, and full of authentic details.

For the 45th anniversary of the MOTOCOMPO, Seiko is presenting a special 5 Sports Limited Edition in collaboration with Honda. The design captures the striking yellow paintwork of the ultra-compact leisure motorcycle from 1981. With a case diameter of just 36.4 mm, the watch remains true to the MOTOCOMPO philosophy: compact, functional, unmistakable. Limited to 8,000 pieces worldwide.

Design & Character

The yellow dial with a black center stripe directly references the iconic look of the MOTOCOMPO. The HONDA logo is placed along the stripe, while the "AUTOMATIC" lettering is executed in the characteristic MOTOCOMPO typography. The crown bears the word "TURN", inspired by the motorcycle's fuel tap. The nylon strap features functional labels such as "CARRYING POINT" and "INSERTION POINT", which refer to the transport markings of the original motorcycle.

The case back displays the MOTOCOMPO silhouette, the "Limited Edition" inscription, and the individual serial number. The specially designed box replicates the design of the historical shipping carton.
