What the watch can do
The 7T94 caliber is an analog quartz movement with a full stopwatch function. Measurements are taken via a central chronograph hand and two sub-dials; operation is managed via the two pushers at the two and four o'clock positions.
A special feature of this movement is the safety lock: the pushers can be locked so that the chronograph is not triggered unintentionally – practical for a watch that is worn while being active.
On the bezel, there is a tachymeter scale (speed measurement over a known distance), and inside on the dial is a fine graduation for measuring seconds. The date appears at six o'clock in an arc-shaped cutout with a blue hand – a display format that Seiko used on only a few models and which distinguishes this dial from standard chronographs.
Design
Black dial with a contrasting blue inner ring that carries the seconds graduation. Applied, luminous-coated indices, wide luminous hands, and blue accents on the chronograph hand and date indicator.
The case is stainless steel, the bezel is black with white tachymeter lettering, and the pushers and crown are finished in a dark tone. With a 43.5 mm diameter, 48.4 mm lug-to-lug, and 22 mm lug width, the watch is significantly more robustly dimensioned than the vintage models of the 1960s and 1970s – it is built as a modern sports watch and wears like one.
The original Seiko steel bracelet is installed.
Condition
Functional; time display, date, and all chronograph functions work perfectly. The watch was checked by a watchmaker in Japan in the spring/summer of 2026 and fitted with a new battery and new seals.
The dial is clean, the lettering is complete and crisp, the applied indices are firmly seated, and the luminous material is intact. The crystal is clear.
The case and bracelet show normal signs of wear; the case back has fine scratches, and all engravings are completely legible.

This is a used item. The limitation period for claims for defects (statutory warranty) is 12 months from delivery.
Note
The factory-specified water resistance of 10 bar refers to the watch in new condition. As seals age and a pressure test has not been performed, water resistance cannot be guaranteed. To protect the movement, the watch should not come into contact with water or moisture.
