This model series marked an important intermediate step in the development from the classic mechanical watch to the quartz watch: The electromechanical caliber 0703 combines an electronically controlled balance wheel motor with traditional movement architecture – a true piece of watchmaking history.

Condition
Very good condition for an Elnix of this period. The dial displays vibrant green and silver reflections, and the indices and hands are clean. The case shows minor signs of wear, and the crystal is free of deep scratches. The movement is functional with a new battery, and the day/date display works. It comes with a matching aftermarket steel bracelet in very good condition.
