The Seiko Skyliner 6102-8000 is an elegant dress watch model from the late 1960s, manufactured at the Suwa factory in Japan. The Skyliner series was conceived as a high-quality yet understated alternative to the Sportmatic and Lord-Matic series – focusing on slim cases, high precision, and subtle design.

This watch from March 1969 impresses with its classic silver sunburst dial , applied indices, and finely satin-finished and polished stainless steel case with a narrow bezel. The simple three-hand arrangement and the finely proportioned date window at 3 o'clock lend the watch a balanced, typically Japanese understatement.

In September 2025, the movement was completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and regulated by a watchmaker in Japan. The movement runs precisely and reliably.

Technically and visually in excellent condition. Movement fully serviced, cleaned, and regulated. Dial in beautiful condition with authentic patina; case with minor signs of age-related wear. New leather strap fitted.
