Original Seiko crown, reference 40W13N(S1), steel version, New Old Stock in original bag (Compartment 152-N, "JAPAN"). According to Seiko spare part documentation, suitable for the Seiko Crown and Crown Special – the upscale manual-wind models from 1959 onwards. The Crown plays a key role in Seiko's history: from its caliber, Suwa Seikosha developed the caliber 3180 for the very first Grand Seiko in 1960 – making the Crown the direct ancestor of the Grand Seiko line. Original spare parts of this early generation are extremely rare and indispensable for a valuable restoration.

Warranty (used) This is an unused New-Old-Stock original spare part from old Seiko dealer stock (legally used goods). The warranty is shortened to 12 months in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Note Delivery is in the original Seiko spare parts bag as shown. The crown gasket may have hardened due to age; water resistance is not guaranteed. Installation should be done by a watchmaker. Price is per piece (1 crown).
