Design

The central dial is extremely minimalist.

On a champagne-colored background, there are fine baton indices and slender hands. The signature SEIKO is subtly placed on the dial.

However, the actual design statement lies outside the dial.

The large surrounding disc has a striking radial fluting that runs from the center outwards and reflects light differently depending on the viewing angle.

This makes the watch look less like a traditional pocket watch and more like a piece of Japanese fashion jewelry design from the 1970s.

The necklace continues this character and turns the watch into a truly wearable piece of jewelry.
