Inside, the automatic caliber 6R5H with a 72-hour power reserve and 24-hour display keeps time – classic mechanics, made for everyday wear.

What is Urushi?

Urushi is traditional Japanese lacquer made from the sap of the lacquer tree ( Toxicodendron vernicifluum ). After purification and pigmentation, the lacquer is applied in extremely thin layers and hardened not by heat, but by humidity. The result is a particularly durable, deep black surface with subtle color depth that shimmers under the light. For centuries, urushi has been used for high-quality handicrafts (e.g., maki-e) – on watch dials, it lends an elegant, vibrant appearance.
