According to the inscription, ガラス = mineral glass version (real glass, not acrylic). Reference/number 7502. This is a square, almost perfectly square, flat/slightly curved glass.

The dimensions are 19.1 × 19.7 mm. Offered by reference and exact dimensions. The glass itself is unused, clear, and without scratches; signs of age are only found on the packaging.
