Rare NOS balance staff for early mechanical Seiko watches , equipped with the historic Merit-DS shock protection ("メリット DS" on the original packaging).
These parts are now almost impossible to obtain and are essential for authentic high-grade restorations of the late 1950s and early 1960s.

The case bears the imprint "Swiss Made" – this is Swiss aftermarket manufacturing for Seiko , as was common in watchmaking workshops in the past when original parts were not available.

• especially Seiko Crown , Seiko Cronos and related early factory families
