TOEI CROWN WGP – Vintage Ornamental Link Band with Stretch Center, 18mm, White Gold Look, with Box (Japan)

An original TOEI CROWN bracelet with box – a fancy, decorative piece to complete a Japanese vintage watch in style and in keeping with the period.

The white gold-plated (WGP) band features an elegant, openwork decorative link design: Each link combines a finely woven cord/braid insert with polished outer bars – an elaborate, very ornate look. At the center is a stretchable mid-section with a safety chain, adding extra comfort to the band. The clasp is originally signed with a crown and "TOEI CROWN / WGP".

TOEI CROWN is documented as a Japanese vintage brand for watch bracelets; the band thus joins the high-quality Japanese decorative bands of the time.

With a lug width of 18 mm, the band is versatile and suitable for numerous vintage watches with spring bar/pin mounting – the white gold look harmonizes with both silver and gold-colored cases. The total length is approx. 14–15.5 cm; the additional approx. 1.5 cm results from the stretchable mid-section.

Stylistically, the band can be assigned to the decorative Japanese jewelry bands of the approximately 1960s to 1970s.
