The Japanese brand Wacocoro (“和心” – Japanese heart, spirit of harmony ) represents the combination of traditional Japanese craftsmanship and modern watch design .
Their watches are entirely made in Japan, with cases from a factory in Saitama Prefecture that has been in operation since 1964.

Wacocoro places particular emphasis on authentic materials and finishing techniques: Instead of modern industrial ion plating, classic methods with up to 3 µm thick 22-karat gold plating are used.
Also characteristic are tatami bracelets – inspired by the handwoven mats of traditional Japanese home decor – and clock faces , which often incorporate symbols of Japanese time and nature philosophy, such as the zodiac signs ( Jūnishi ).
