WANCHER Dream Moonphase Kaguya - Kaki

"Kaki" (柿, kaki ) is the Japanese word for persimmon (Diospyros kaki) – a bright orange autumn fruit that symbolizes happiness, longevity, and family unity. The name is therefore both traditionally and color-wise appropriate.

The persimmon season refers to the period when ripe persimmons – also known as kaki – are harvested and sold. It typically falls between September and January, depending on the region. During this time, the fruits are fresh and especially sweet.

The mother-of-pearl dial has been enhanced with a special Pantone color, resulting in a deep, calm, luminous pink-orange hue that shimmers vividly – sometimes iridescent, sometimes velvety, depending on the light. The natural luster of the material is preserved, giving the watch a captivating depth.

The decorative moon disc on a 31-day basis at 10 o'clock complements the composition with a touch of poetry – without astronomical function, but full of symbolism.
