Murasaki (紫) – the deep violet-blue that has always been considered the color of nobility and dignity in Japan. The Kaguya Murasaki Blue translates this noble color scheme onto a dial reminiscent of a night sky over the sea – calm, mysterious, and full of depth.
The mother-of-pearl dial has been finished with a special Pantone coloring and shimmers in shades of blue, violet, and turquoise depending on the light – sometimes like moonlight on water, sometimes like drifting night clouds. The natural luster of the material is preserved, giving the watch a fascinating vibrancy.
The decorative moon disk on a 31-day basis at 10 o'clock appears in grey in this version – a finely drawn, realistic moon that harmoniously integrates into the blue mother-of-pearl. Without astronomical function, but full of symbolism.
As a tribute to Japanese color aesthetics, mythological moon imagery, and modern watch design, the Kaguya Murasaki Blue combines visual presence with quiet elegance.
