Working in collaboration with experienced masters, dials are crafted using classic techniques such as Urushi, Maki-e, Raden, and Chinkin – each watch is unique. Many models are made in Ōita, combining modern design with traditional craftsmanship. A tribute to aesthetics, transience, and precision.

The Dream Watch – Hibi Nuri combines traditional Japanese lacquer art with modern watchmaking technology. The dial is crafted using the intricate Kawari-Nuri technique by Urushi master Yoko Hirota.



Layer by layer, the characteristic "Golden Crack" structure is created, making each watch unique. The distinctive, shimmering gold crack pattern is not accidental, but rather a deliberate process: The master craftswoman applies a mixture containing egg white (Japanese: ranpaku) to a black urushi lacquer layer. This reacts with the lacquer surface, causing it to crack in a controlled manner and revealing the underlying gold plating. The result: a vibrant, three-dimensional pattern that changes depending on the light, making each watch one of a kind.

The minimalist, lume-free design and the domed sapphire crystal deliberately draw attention to this vibrant surface. Inside, the precise Miyota 9015 automatic movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour, with a date function and approximately 42 hours of power reserve – robust, reliable, and suitable for everyday wear.
